We are looking for an experienced professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming).
We are seeking a commercially driven, analytically strong procurement leader to manage the European Third Party Manufacturing category. The role combines category strategy, complex negotiations, supplier relationship management and hands-on operational execution. The successful candidate will develop a competitive and resilient supplier network, support NPD and product launches, deliver annual savings and cash-flow commitments, and ensure external manufacturing partners perform across cost, quality, service, innovation, sustainability and risk.
Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
- Develop and execute the European TPM category strategy, aligned to business growth priorities, Global TPM best practice and the broader Direct Procurement agenda.
- Identify, qualify, develop and manage the external manufacturing supplier base, ensuring the right capability, capacity, agility, certifications and strategic fit for current and future business needs.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations covering pricing, contracts, productivity, capacity, service levels, lead times, innovation support and continuity-of-supply requirements.
- Drive cost competitiveness through market intelligence, supplier benchmarking, should-cost modelling, total cost optimisation, annual cost standards and clear purchase price variance tracking.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory and Programme Management to support innovation, product launches and speed to market.
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate supply, financial, operational, quality, regulatory and business continuity risks across key TPM partners.
- Manage supplier performance using robust KPIs across cost, quality, service, delivery, responsiveness, innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior supplier executives, creating a structured engagement model focused on value creation, innovation and mutual accountability.
- Lead sourcing events, supplier selection, supplier transitions, contract renewals and business continuity initiatives with disciplined governance and clear decision-making.
- Deliver annual savings, cash-flow and productivity targets, while supporting annual business planning, in-year budget management and clear reporting of financial performance.
- Interface confidently with senior internal stakeholders, including Procurement leadership, Supply Chain leadership, EMEIA Pacific LT, commercial teams and relevant executive forums when required.
- Act as a proactive member of the Global TPM and Direct Procurement community, sharing best practice, challenging existing ways of working and helping to build TPM capability.

We’re looking for someone with significant experience ideally gained within an FMCG or Cosmetics business. Here’s what we are looking for:
- Significant procurement, strategic sourcing or category management experience within Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG, Consumer Healthcare or a relevant contract manufacturing environment.
- Executive level leadership Business Partnership ability to SVP/ C-Suite level.
- Proven experience managing Third Party Manufacturing, finished goods, contract manufacturing or similarly complex external manufacturing categories.
- Strong track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management and delivery of measurable savings, productivity and continuous improvement.
- Experience using market analysis, spend analytics, supplier benchmarking, cost modelling and commercial insight to support fact-based decision-making.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, formulations, packaging technologies, product development, supplier quality and regulatory expectations.
- Strong business acumen, financial fluency and ability to connect category decisions to cost, cash, service, margin, risk and growth outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence across functions, geographies and seniority levels.
- Self-motivated, curious and resilient, with the ability to drive change in a complex, fast-paced, global organisation with limited supervision.
- Collaborative team player who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution and remain calm when managing supply or launch pressures.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Jaggaer, ERP, spend analytics or contract management systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills. Proactive and curious mindset.
