We are looking for an experienced professional to join Edgewell Personal Care â a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands.

Edgewell Personal Care is hiring an experienced professional to manage dayâtoâday relationships with key customers, delivering sales, profit, and executional excellence. Reporting to the Sales Controller or Senior National Account Manager, this role will implement customer plans, manage trade investment, and ensure alignment with channel strategies. The National Account Manager (NAM) will drive category growth and support the delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBP).
This role also manages dayâtoâday tasks related to customers, including ProMax Volume Forecasting by SKU, Deflator & Invoice Management and relevant 3rd Party Investment Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute customerâspecific plans to deliver Net Sales, Volume, and Profit targets
- Support JBP delivery and promotional planning in collaboration with the Sales Controller / SNAM / SRGM
- Monitor account performance and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets
- Ensure flawless execution of promotions and inâstore activation
- Ensure creation and delivery of all new line forms and promotional nomination forms, supported by National Account Executive / Sales Executive, as relevant
- Present monthly account updates; including P&L down to GM, performance vs target, forecast for the year and details on additional support required to help deliver targets by Category
Customer Development
- Build strong working relationships with key contacts at assigned accounts
- Act as the dayâtoâday contact for operational and tactical matters
- Identify opportunities to grow distribution, improve visibility, and drive incremental sales
- Be an expert and representative of all Edgewell branded products by category
Forecasting & Planning
- Provide accurate forecasts and manage demand signals in collaboration with Demand Planning
- Track and manage trade spend to ensure ROI and compliance with guidelines
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Category, Finance, Shopper Marketing, SRGM, Demand Planning and Customer Services to deliver customer plans
- Support the execution of New Product launches and Key Brand Activation Programs
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in FMCG account management or sales
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L drivers
- Excellent communication and relationshipâbuilding skills
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data tools
