  • Day to Day administrative support of Account Manager
  • Performance Tracking & Insights
  • Competitor & Market Insights – Monitor competitor activity, pricing changes, and category trends to recommend tactical and strategic actions.
  • Performance Analysis – Track sales, traffic, and conversion KPIs; generate reports and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Customer Experience – Monitor product reviews, ratings, and Q&A, working with customer service and quality teams to address feedback and improve brand perception.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Listing Optimisation – Create, update, and optimise product listings with accurate content, keywords, and enhanced brand assets (A+ content, brand stores, images, and video).
  • Product Launches – Support the end-to-end launch process, from content upload and imagery to availability checks and marketing activation.
  • Account Management – Partner with internal teams and external contacts (Amazon account managers, agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth trading and issue resolution.
  • Process & Compliance – Ensure all product information, imagery, and claims meet Amazon's compliance requirements, staying up to date with policy changes.

Here's what we are looking for:

  • 1–2 years' experience in account management, sales support, or eCommerce trading (Amazon experience strongly preferred).
  • A proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with product information, content, and data.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence with reporting tools; knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central is a distinct advantage.
  • Interest in digital marketing and marketplace advertising (Amazon PPC desirable).

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary, hybrid working possible, employee assistance programme, life assurance, discounted Edgewell branded products, core working hours, 25 days annual leave, free beverage & snacks, sports & social club membership, casual smart dress code and a great boss!
