We are looking for an experienced Global IT Trainer & Standards Specialist to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
Training and Development
• Design, deliver, and evaluate IT training programmes to support global IT initiatives, including new software rollouts, updates, and system migrations.
• Develop engaging materials such as user guides, video tutorials, email communications, and interactive e-learning modules.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and adapt programmes accordingly.
• Provide in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences, from technical teams to non-technical staff.
Standards and Quality Management
• Help define global IT standards, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards across all IT functions to maintain a consistent user experience (e.g. meeting room equipment).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT processes with business goals.
• Perform regular audits of IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement that will enhance the digital experience.
Support and Collaboration
• Act as a key liaison between IT, business units, and end-users to ensure smooth communication and understanding of IT initiatives.
• Work with IT leadership to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
• Maintain a repository of up-to-date IT documentation and training materials for global access.
• Provide ongoing support to employees for IT tools and systems by addressing training-related queries.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
We’re looking for someone with significant experience ideally gained within an FMCG or cosmetics business. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
Here\’s what we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Significant experience in IT training, quality management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programmes for diverse, global teams.
• Familiarity with IT standards such as ITIL, ISO 20000, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, maintaining audience engagement.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a global environment, managing cultural and language differences.
• Proficiency in key IT systems and tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, ERP systems, collaboration platforms, Synthesia and/or other AI content creation tools).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive change.
