Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Operations Analyst at Edgewater Strategy Group, based in London, United Kingdom (office location in Bayswater). The role will work closely with and report to both co-Managing Partners and will play a key role across:
- Operational Scaling: Supporting the scaling of the firm's operations and internal infrastructure.
- Special Projects: Taking ownership of high-impact initiatives, often moving from ideation to implementation.
- Strategic Insight: Acting as a trusted partner to leadership, helping to translate the firm's vision into action.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Bridging gaps between sales, deal teams, finance, legal, HR, and systems to drive project completion and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly detail-oriented, with comfort in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel and PowerPoint), and aptitude for business systems and process design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
