The Role
As a Plumber, you will:
- Conduct investigations and repairs on various plumbing issues, including leaks, tap and toilet repairs, shower installations, waste pipe fittings, and central heating components.
- Utilise field applications to manage workloads and job notes.
- Maintain a company vehicle stocked with necessary parts, ordered through our online system.
- Provide customers with advice and information on potential upgrades when appropriate.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and have a clear focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Relevant work experience in domestic reactive plumbing
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
