If you’re organised, proactive and enjoy being at the centre of complex property transactions, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll become a key member of our operations team, taking ownership of BTL, bridging and development finance applications once a client decides to proceed.

Working alongside our brokers, lenders, valuers and solicitors, you’ll ensure every case progresses smoothly, identifying potential issues before they become delays and keeping clients informed throughout the process.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys making deals happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bridging and development finance cases from instruction through to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, valuers and other third parties.
  • Collect and review documentation to ensure applications are fully packaged.
  • Proactively chase outstanding items and keep transactions moving.
  • Monitor lender requirements and manage deadlines.
  • Resolve issues quickly while maintaining excellent communication with all parties.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the client journey.
  • Update internal CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Support brokers with ongoing applications and pipeline management.
  • What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and has a genuine passion for specialist property finance.

Ideally you’ll have

  • Experience managing bridging, development finance or specialist lending cases.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with professionals at every level.
  • The ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • A calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure.
  • Experience within mortgage or specialist lending is highly desirable.
  • Ce MAP qualification is advantageous but not essential.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience.
  • Performance-related bonus scheme.
  • Hybrid working.
  • Company laptop and modern technology.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Ongoing training and development.
  • Clear opportunities for career progression as the business continues to grow.
  • The opportunity to join a young, ambitious company where your contribution genuinely makes a difference.

Why Join Edgehill?

This isn’t just another case management role.

You’ll be joining a growing specialist brokerage with ambitious plans for the future, working alongside experienced property finance professionals on a wide variety of exciting transactions—from small bridging loans through to multi-million-pound development projects.
