As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious New Business Executive to become the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in converting enquiries into completed deals.

The Role

  • You’ll be the first person our clients speak to.
  • You’ll understand their requirements, ask the right questions, qualify opportunities and work alongside our brokers to ensure every deal starts in the best possible position.
  • You’ll also follow up on quotations, nurture relationships and help keep our pipeline moving.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within specialist property finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound enquiries from property investors and developers
  • Completing initial fact finds and pre-qualifying opportunities
  • Working closely with brokers to package enquiries efficiently
  • Chasing quotations and progressing warm opportunities
  • Building relationships with clients and introducers
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience from the very first call

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year’s experience within mortgages, bridging, development finance or specialist lending
  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Organised, driven and commercially minded
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with clients and building relationships
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to progress
