About the job
Client Project Coordinator – Leadership and People Development Projects
Location: Bristol (hybrid – 2 days from home)
At Edgecumbe, we help organisations create better leadership for a better world. We design and deliver leadership assessments, development programmes, and consulting projects that help individuals and teams thrive.
We’re looking for a Client Project Coordinator who’s passionate about delivering exceptional client service and enjoys making complex projects run smoothly.
What you’ll do
The Client Project Coordinator serves as the central point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal teams. This role involves coordinating consultant schedules, managing diaries, overseeing administrative, contractual and financial processes; and supporting the smooth delivery of consulting projects.
You’ll be the central point of contact for clients and consultants, managing every stage of projects such as:
• Leadership and team development programmes
• Assessment and feedback projects
• Coaching and workshop series
• Employee engagement and insight surveys
You’ll plan, coordinate, and communicate across multiple stakeholders — keeping things organised, on schedule, and high-quality from start to finish.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has at least 5 years’ experience in a client-facing project management or coordination role — ideally in consulting, HR, learning and development, or professional services
• Is highly organised, commercially aware, and great with people
• Has strong skills in Excel, Word, and SharePoint
• Takes ownership, anticipates needs, and communicates with clarity and warmth
Experience in leadership assessment, psychology, or people development is a plus, but curiosity and a proactive mindset matter most.
Why join us
• Work with clients who genuinely want to improve leadership and culture
• Join a friendly, purpose-driven team that values wellbeing and flexibility
• Be based in our central Bristol office with hybrid working (2 days from home)
• Play a key role in projects that make a real impact on people and organisations
If you’re a natural organiser who thrives in a client-focused, people-centred environment, we’d love to hear from you. Please include a covering letter in your application to tell us why you\’re keen to work with us and what attributes make you a suitable fit for the role.
Please note: this role requires the right to work in the UK at the time of application. Edgecumbe is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
