ABOUT US
EdgeComply is a modern product compliance partner for global brands. Our job is to help our clients make sure their products meet all the regulations in the markets they sell to. Common areas are safety testing, chemical restrictions and environmental rules. It also includes compliant labels and user manuals.
Why does product compliance matter? There are countless regulations that exist to prevent everyday products from causing harm to you or the environment. However, with the rise of e-commerce and globalisation, many growing brands are becoming increasingly overwhelmed with the variety of rules and need help. Our clients are typically based in the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe, and their products sell globally.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Full-Time | On-Site (London, Design District)
- We're hiring a client-facing Operations Manager to keep projects running smoothly and clients happy. You'll be the link between our clients and global compliance experts: moving projects forward, making sure deadlines are met, and ensuring that communication is clear and professional every step of the way. This is a critical role that requires sharp organisation, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management: Plan, track, and manage timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Momentum Ownership: Identify and resolve roadblocks, keep projects moving, and adjust plans as needed to meet client expectations.
- Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients. Prepare agendas, lead calls, respond to messages, and ensure clients feel supported and informed.
- Team Coordination: Distribute tasks among our global team of compliance experts and manage internal deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Review deliverables (e.g., compliance documents, project files) before they are sent to clients.
- Operational Support: Collect supplier documents (certifications, test reports, etc.), review labels, user manuals, and product data for completeness, organise project files and workspaces (Airtable, Google Sheets), coordinate product lab testing with external labs.
WHAT YOU ARE MEASURED BY
- CLIENT HAPPINESS: Clients feel well-supported, informed, and confident throughout the project.
- PROJECT COMPLETION TIME: Projects move forward quickly and are delivered within agreed timelines.
- REPEAT REVENUE: You impress clients, which makes them want to continue working with us.
WHO YOU ARE

- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR: You write and speak in clear, professional English.
- HIGH STANDARDS: You naturally hold yourself (and others) to a high bar of quality.
- ACTION-ORIENTED: You move projects forward without waiting for permission.
- COOL UNDER PRESSURE: You stay calm when timelines get tight and priorities shift.
- CLIENT-SMART: You understand how to create a positive, professional client experience.
