EdgeComply is a modern product compliance partner for global brands. Our job is to help our clients make sure their products meet all the regulations in the markets they sell to. Common areas are safety testing, chemical restrictions and environmental rules. It also includes compliant labels and user manuals.

With the rise of e-commerce and globalisation, many growing brands are becoming increasingly overwhelmed with the variety of rules and need help.

We’re hiring a client-facing Operations Manager to keep projects running smoothly and clients happy. You’ll be the link between our clients and global compliance experts: moving projects forward, making sure deadlines are met, and ensuring that communication is clear and professional every step of the way.

Project Management
  • Plan, track, and manage timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks, keep projects moving, and adjust plans as needed to meet client expectations.
  • Distribute tasks among our global team of compliance experts and manage internal deadlines.
Quality Assurance
  • Review compliance documents and project files before they are sent to clients.
Operational Support
  • Review labels, user manuals, and product data for completeness.
  • Organise project files and workspaces (Airtable, Google Sheets).
  • Coordinate product lab testing with external labs.

Clients feel well-supported, informed, and confident throughout the project. Projects move forward quickly and are delivered within agreed timelines. You can juggle multiple projects without dropping details. You write and speak in clear, professional English. You naturally hold yourself (and others) to a high bar of quality. You move projects forward without waiting for permission. You stay calm when timelines get tight and priorities shift.

This is a full-time, on-site role. Minimum 4 days/week in our office at the Design District (easy 3-minute walk from North Greenwich station). Flexibility for occasional remote work. Occasional evening calls with West Coast US clients (8–9 pm London time).

Uncapped Bonuses:
  • Unlock additional compensation based on performance.
  • Free Lunches: When in the office, your lunches are on us.
  • Gym Membership: We pay your gym (or other fitness club) bills up to £70 per month.
  • Education Budget: £350/yr on courses, training, books, or anything to help you develop your skill set.
  • Birthdays Off: Your birthday is a paid day off, so you can celebrate the way you want to.
  • Spacious, light-filled studio in one of London's most creative hubs.
  • Occasional WFH, outcome-driven culture.
  • Small, Strong Team: Join a growing company with a strong culture of professionalism, ownership, and respect.
  • Work with ambitious brands from heavy machinery to toys and supplements.
