The role involves joining a growing AI delivery team to design and build production-ready solutions using Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, analysts and product leads to turn use cases into secure, scalable solutions that deliver genuine value. You’ll be involved in the full delivery lifecycle, from early design and prototyping through to testing, deployment and knowledge transfer.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing, building and iterating AI agents in Copilot Studio.
  • Developing solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Integrating Copilot agents with enterprise systems, APIs and business workflows.
  • Creating prompt logic, orchestration and guardrails to support reliable AI behaviour.
  • Working with stakeholders to refine requirements and shape practical solutions.
  • Supporting secure access, governance, auditability and compliance.
  • Contributing to testing, deployment and technical documentation.

What they’re looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including conversational flows and agent logic.
  • Strong Power Platform experience across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems, APIs or connectors.
  • A good understanding of security, governance and compliance.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments.
  • The ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or other enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI or API-based AI integrations.
  • Experience with AI-assisted workflows or agent-based solutions.
  • Experience in regulated or complex operational environments.
  • SC clearance, or eligibility to obtain it.

Additional bonus:

They’d also be interested in someone who can help with training, enablement or workshops around Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio, AI-enabled workflows and Power Platform capabilities.
