What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing, building and iterating AI agents in Copilot Studio.
  • Developing solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Integrating Copilot agents with enterprise systems, APIs and business workflows.
  • Creating prompt logic, orchestration and guardrails to support reliable AI behaviour.
  • Working with stakeholders to refine requirements and shape practical solutions.
  • Supporting secure access, governance, auditability and compliance.

What they’re looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including conversational flows and agent logic.
  • Strong Power Platform experience across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems, APIs or connectors.
  • A good understanding of security, governance and compliance.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments.
  • The ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or other enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI or API-based AI integrations.
  • Experience with AI-assisted workflows or agent-based solutions.
  • Experience in regulated or complex operational environments.
  • SC clearance, or eligibility to obtain it.

Additional bonus:

They’d also be interested in someone who can help with training, enablement or workshops around Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio, AI-enabled workflows and Power Platform capabilities.
