A fast-growing UK ophthalmology group, one of the largest independent providers of NHS eye care, is expanding its Business Improvement function at a pivotal time for the business.
The group now operates from over 70 sites nationally and has recently rolled out AI-designed technology and remote diagnostic tools that let specialists assess patients without them needing to travel.
It's also automating patient bookings and building AI capability into its call handling, all part of a wider push to cut NHS waiting times while improving the patient experience
This is a genuinely exciting time to join: the business has been recognised as a Great Place to Work for wellbeing, development and healthcare, and posted an average patient satisfaction score of 92, a figure considered exceptional in healthcare.
As the group scales its use of technology across theatres, diagnostics and patient contact, it needs a Project Manager to help lead that transformation agenda from the front
