We’re working with a fast-growing AI transformation consultancy that helps organisations move beyond experimentation and into real-world impact with AI. They partner with clients across healthcare, transport, infrastructure, private equity and energy, building practical AI solutions that improve how work gets done.
This is a great opportunity for a Power Platform Developer who wants to move deeper into Copilot Studio, agent-based workflows and AI-enabled business applications.
The role:
- You’ll join a growing AI delivery team and help design and build production-ready solutions using Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, analysts and product leads to turn use cases into secure, scalable solutions that deliver genuine value.
- You’ll be involved in the full delivery lifecycle, from early design and prototyping through to testing, deployment and knowledge transfer.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, building and iterating AI agents in Copilot Studio.
- Developing solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Integrating Copilot agents with enterprise systems, APIs and business workflows.
- Creating prompt logic, orchestration and guardrails to support reliable AI behaviour.
- Working with stakeholders to refine requirements and shape practical solutions.
- Supporting secure access, governance, auditability and compliance.
- Contributing to testing, deployment and technical documentation.
What they’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including conversational flows and agent logic.
- Strong Power Platform experience across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems, APIs or connectors.
- A good understanding of security, governance and compliance.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments.
- The ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or other enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI or API-based AI integrations.
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows or agent-based solutions.
- Experience in regulated or complex operational environments.
- SC clearance, or eligibility to obtain it.
