Global Advertising Agency in London (Hybrid in office 3 times per week) is seeking a Head of AI Enablement with a £180k base salary plus a 10% bonus. This role involves building AI and systems capability from the ground up, owning the tools, governance, adoption, and proof of effectiveness.
The responsibilities include:
- AI deployment: Lead the enterprise-wide rollout of Gemini, ensuring it is genuinely embedded into team workflows.
- Build a Centre of Excellence: Share successful practices across the business.
- Automation pipeline: Identify, vet, prioritise, and deliver initiatives with clear ROI.
- Systems ownership: Manage the long-term roadmap for back-office applications (Deltek Maconomy, Deltek Workbook, SAGE, Greenhouse).
- Strategic projects: Partner with the COO and CIO on major initiatives, including M&A integrations and operational efficiency programmes.
- Governance and value realisation: Establish a framework for accountability and post-implementation reviews.
