A national specialist healthcare provider running hospitals across the UK, treating tens of thousands of patients a year. They are partway through a multi-year AI and automation programme covering everything from patient contact through to theatre, including ambient AI scribes, AI-assisted clinical devices and RFID stock management. The technology side is moving fast. They now need someone to make sure the people side keeps up.

You will sit in the Transformation team, reporting to the Head of Business Improvement, and own the people side of change across the programme. That means change plans, impact assessments, communication, resistance handling, training coordination and adoption measurement. You will work directly with senior leaders, clinical and non-clinical teams, and run networks of change champions across sites. When automation changes how a job works, you are the person who makes sure the humans affected understand why, feel heard, and adopt the new way of working.

Must have:

  • Led change on technology transformation programmes, with results you can point to
  • Working knowledge of a recognised methodology (Prosci, ADKAR, PRINCE2 or Agile)
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience running change impact assessments and adoption tracking
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and resistance

Nice to have:
