- Perform data analysis with tools like Excel, Power Query, SQL, Power BI/Tableau; identify process inefficiencies and propose automation/RPA opportunities aligned to strategic goals.
- Engage stakeholders via workshops, interviews, and playback sessions; support change enablement, delivery (UAT, defect triage), governance, and benefits measurement with KPIs.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven business analysis experience in transformation/change programs, with systems thinking for holistic analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills; competent in requirements techniques (BPMN/swim lanes, user stories), Agile/Scrum/Prince2, and change frameworks (ADKAR/Prosci).
- Proficiency in data/collaboration tools (Excel, SQL basics, Power BI, Teams, Azure DevOps/Jira, Confluence); experience with RPA, low-code, CRM platforms, and clear documentation (BRDs, process maps).
- Comfort in clinical/operational settings with patient/customer focus; desirable: relevant degree, certifications (IIBA ECBA/CBAP, BCS, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt).
