This means they have longstanding clients, who come to them for all their real estate needs. You can therefore expect plenty of variety in your workload.

There will also be plenty of support.

Commercial real estate is their biggest department with over 20 people, and your progression won’t be limited.

Over 50% of their Partners were promoted internally.

As a Commercial Real Estate Associate, your skills will stay sharp, and you won’t become siloed into a particular niche within property.

You can expect landlord and tenant, sales and acquisitions and refinancing work.

They also look after residential development work, so you can expect to work on the full lifecycle of a deal: site acquisition, set-up and off plan sales.

Though they’ve also worked on the acquisition of everything from Prime Central London properties to a multimillion-pound casino and a trampoline park!

You will participate in business development.

This is a hybrid role. The firm are based in London’s West End, and you’ll be expected to go into the office 3 days a week.

  • Experience as a Commercial Real Estate Associate, gained within private practice.
  • Trained with a City, regional or boutique law firm.
