This is a strategic hire as this law firm look ahead at succession planning. You don’t need to come in with a huge client following. They have the work.

A legal 500 ranked, growing and entrepreneurial law firm in London are now seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor as they continue their expansion.

Having invested in their team corporate team, the firm have built internal networks around specific sectors and geographies – including luxury brands, hospitality and sport. As a full-service firm, can then leverage their knowledge and become trusted legal advisors across their key sectors.

The firm has doubled in size since 2019. They can therefore take on complex corporate deals, working with colleagues in banking, employment and real estate.

They have a well-established corporate team of 11 people. Meaning there’s plenty of junior resource to help deals run smoothly.

In addition, there will be less red tape. Decisions can be made quickly, so you can achieve the best outcome for your clients.

There will be lots of variety. 70% of their M&A work is buy side, 30% sell.

You will be given the opportunity to pursue business development, have lots of face time with clients and be part of an entrepreneurial team.

They have a truly international outlook with over 20 languages spoken in their office.

Flexible working is encouraged. Generally, the team are in 3 days a week.

What you’ll need

  • 6-10 PQE Senior Corporate Solicitor.
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Experience in private practice.
