If you’re a 5-10 PQE Residential Property Solicitor, then you’ll likely be able to manage a sale or purchase from start to finish in your sleep. This is a chance to establish yourself in a law firm with over 200 years of history. You’ll be working with a longstanding client base at a firm with a great reputation within the residential property market. They’re not a volume conveyancer; their reputation is built on quality service.

You’ll get plenty of client contact and will be managing your own caseload, supporting juniors and growing the practice. Do you have one eye on being made Partner? You won’t be micromanaged and will be given the freedom to grow your client base and build your referral network. You’ll have a solid team structure. As a full-service law firm, you’ll work collaboratively on transactions and have a team of residential property Solicitors and support staff to help with admin and ensure you can focus on providing quality legal advice.

They have a team of 9 people in their property department, which is led by a former Silver Circle Lawyer. As well as this, 2 of the conveyancers have over 20 years of experience – giving you a wealth of knowledge to lean on. You will have lots of variety and can expect a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Transfers of Equity, remortgages, leases and licences.

This firm has a generous bonus scheme and there’s plenty of inbound enquiries for residential property meaning you hit the ground running. Based out of their South London office, you’ll be joining a collaborative, mature and friendly team which embraces a healthy work / life balance.

  • 5-10 PQE Residential Property Solicitor.
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Experience in leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
