You probably didn’t go into residential property to get tied down in admin, overwhelmed with your caseload and working on systems that aren’t fit for purpose.

This law firm is on a mission to change all that.

If you want to focus on delivering great client service and spend your time solving technical legal problems, this is the opportunity for you.

You’ll also be developing your skills alongside an excellent City trained lawyer, on work that goes well beyond a straightforward caseload.

Having just received multimillion pound VC investment, this ambitious law firm is redefining how conveyancing gets done and growing quickly. That means you’ll have the ability to focus on what you trained to do – law rather than admin.

You’ll be part of a close-knit, growing founding team. The Head of Residential Conveyancing has deep property knowledge, so you’ll learn from the best. You’ll also be working closely with the founders of the firm – directly contributing to senior stakeholders.

Having previously started a £20m revenue business, the founders of this law firm have a track record of success.

You will run your own caseload of residential property matters - sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity end-to-end to a high standard.

This law firm will offer a friendly, ambitious and down-to-earth environment where you can feel part of something bigger, rather than just churning out straightforward residential property deals.

Hybrid working is standard and you’ll be in their central London office 3 days a week.

You’ll have an ongoing CPD and training budget to keep your knowledge up to date and you’ll receive share options in the firm – that way, you can share in their upside as they grow.

What you’ll need

  • Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 1-4 PQE.
  • Confident communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders and the wider team.
