Job Description
Founded over 200 years ago, this London based law firm have an excellent reputation.
They’re known as one of the go-to law firms for Prime Central London residential property deals.
Their Legal 500 and Spears ranked team are now seeking a 1-2 PQE Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and growing team.
As part of a team of 16 qualified Solicitors, you’ll be assisting 4 Senior fee earners. This means you’ll have close supervision internally and a wider support network should you need assistance.
The residential team work closely with their market leading private client department and have a great reputation with HNW clients. The firm can therefore provide tailored advice to international clients, particularly when it comes to complex tax issues.
Recent deals the team have worked on include £20m+ sales and remortgages in the Super Prime market in London.
There will be variety. As well as leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, you’ll work on a variety of matters involving issues around property investment, development and financing, in addition to handling Shariah compliant financings
It’s a supportive culture. They would rather you raise your hand, than not understand something. You’ll be encouraged to be curious.
Hybrid working as standard. 3 days in the office, 2 at home. You'll be based out of their new central London office which they moved in to 6 months ago.
What you’ll need
- 1-2 PQE Residential Property Solicitor.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and worked in a law firm.
- Experience in residential property.
- Strong academics.
