Everyone works to the same clear structure and will be guided by senior Partners in reaching their personal goals. No more frustration. From billionaires to blue chip companies, this central London law firm works with a variety of clients on all types of property transactions. Often the work will be international in nature, including commercial landlord and tenant, sales and purchases, and property finance. Recently, they completed on 2 £20m+ property deals and a £150m Mayfair development.

The Commercial Real Estate team you’ll be working in is made up of 11 people, including 4 junior Solicitors and 4 Paralegals. This means you’ll have both supervision from above and assistance from junior Solicitors below. Their team structure is perfect if you like a mix of running deals yourself and being part of a team on more complex deals.

As a firm, they’re a full-service central London practice. They have 13 real estate Partners and over 140 people in the business. This means there will always be someone on hand when things get busy. They’re a young and dynamic team with a positive, infectious energy. You will therefore be encouraged to have lots of time with clients and pursue business development. Hybrid working is encouraged; you’ll be in the office 3 days a week.

What you’ll need:

  • 4 – 6 PQE Real Estate Solicitor.
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and worked in a law firm.
  • Experience in commercial real estate.
  • Familiarity with property finance.
