Do you want to shape the future growth of a law firm? You’ll be at the top table (literally, you’ll chair the Partners meetings) with all the senior stakeholders and have an influential role in delivering this law firm's strategic vision.
As Practice Director, you’ll be a confident self-starter, with experience in law firm management and get satisfaction from seeing projects through from start to finish. You’ll have lots of variety and will have a broad scope of work: finance, HR, compliance, insurance, IT infrastructure, operations and marketing. You’ll have oversight of them all and will be doing so with the day-to-day assistance of the firm’s Operations Manager.
You’ll have a good eye for numbers. Managing and overseeing the firm’s finances, you’ll liaise with fee earners to monitor performance and ensure billing performance. As a good communicator and people person, you’ll establish working relationships with all members of the firm and will take a data-driven approach to decision making.
This is the opportunity to be part of a market leading boutique law firm, ranked in Chambers, Legal 500 and The Times Best Law Firms. Their clients therefore have high expectations, and this role will ensure fee earners can continue to deliver best in class legal services. Hybrid working as standard. You’ll be expected to go in the office 3 days a week.
