You will work on a range of commercial real estate deals including sales, acquisitions, refinancing, secured lending and commercial leases. You’ll therefore become a well-rounded Commercial Real Estate Solicitor, which is exactly what your clients will be looking to you for as their trusted legal advisor.
Real Estate is at the heart of the firm. The team has 10 fee earners and are led by a top commercial real estate Partner. Not only will you have support from Trainees and Paralegals, but also supervision from 3 Managing Associates and 4 Partners. The firm recently received private equity investment.
They’re a full-service law firm based in North London, who were recently ranked in Chambers & Partners for the service to the SME market. You’ll therefore be frequently dealing with owner managed businesses and should be comfortable providing commercial, straightforward advice when dealing with clients.
Hybrid working is encouraged, you’ll be in the office 3 days a week.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with 1-4 PQE.
- Commercial real estate experience.
- Based near or within commuting distance to North London 3 days a week.
