What you'll be doing
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload acting on both purchase and sales.
The firm is looking for someone who can manage a sale from instruction through to completion, working with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors with minimal supervision.
You will prepare and review contracts, conduct searches, raise and reply to enquiries, manage exchange and completion, and keep clients updated throughout.

- At least one year of residential conveyancing experience, ideally within a busy property department.
- A solid understanding of the sale process, with the confidence to manage a file from start to finish.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ambition, initiative, and self-motivation. You take action, anticipate what needs doing next, and do not need to be chased for progress.
