One day, you’ll be defending Employment Tribunal claims, and dealing with employee exits, the next, you’ll be handling corporate support, TUPE and advisory matters. Advise employer clients on all aspects of employment law, including, capability and attendance issues, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and termination of employment. Handling complex employment disputes, including Employment Tribunal claims. This is a hybrid role. The firm are based in London’s West End, and you’ll be expected to go into the office 3 days a week. 2-6 PQE Employment Associate. ~ Experience gained in private practice.
