Having just received multimillion pound VC investment, this AI-first law firm are redefining how conveyancing gets done. That means you’ll have the ability to focus on what you trained to do – law rather than admin. You’ll be part of a close-knit founding team led by a former senior City lawyer with deep property knowledge.
As a Senior Residential Property Solicitor, you’ll work closely with their Head of Conveyancing and help manage a team of Property Solicitors. You will run your own caseload of residential property matters - sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity end-to-end to a high standard. You will hire, line-manage and train junior conveyancing staff and help build capability across the team.

Hybrid working is standard and you’ll be in their central London office 3 days a week. You’ll be invested in their growth. What you’ll need:
- 5 PQE+ as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
- Confident communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders and the wider team.
- Interest in legal technology and AI.
