You will run your own caseload while working closely with the Partner and Head of the London Family team, alongside a paralegal and a trainee. The work spans a broad range of privately funded family law matters, including: Financial remedy proceedings Private children proceedings Family Law Act proceedings The team does not undertake any legal aid work. You will have the opportunity to build your profile through networking events, content writing, and developing referral relationships with barristers and local firms — playing an active role in shaping the future of the team. The London office is newly established and already home to around 15 fee-earners across family and other departments.
