EDGE Services are a leading provider of manual handling and healthcare training across the UK. We are currently looking to recruit a manual handling trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of effective teaching, learning, and assessment for delegates.
You will have the skills to motivate delegates while training within the established course programmes. Due to the accreditation and criteria of our courses, we are looking for a qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist to join the team. Due to the extensive CPD offered, this role supports professional qualification re-accreditation when required. The role is fully aided by the supportive office team who handle all administrative tasks, allowing the trainers to focus on their role. We have an excellent working relationship between the two teams. Our courses span either two or four days, so the role includes frequent travelling and often overnight stays dependent on the distance. This role is open to candidates from across the country and part-time options can be negotiated. (This would comprise of a set number of full weeks per month.) Driving license and access to own vehicle is necessary for this role. In addition to a salary of Β£36,750 (pro rata), EDGE Services offers a generous benefits package including pension, private medical insurance, travel expenses, annual leave, and ongoing continuing education opportunities.
