A leading independent consultancy, known for creating innovative partnerships between global corporations, cultural institutions and social impact foundations, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its CEO and senior team. With a global client base and high-profile partnerships, this boutique London-based firm is known for delivering award-winning cultural collaborations.
This is a varied and fast-paced role—approximately 70% business support, 30% private support—suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, coordinate international travel, draft high-level correspondence, and support business development and global cultural events (such as the Venice Biennale, World Economic Forum, Cannes Film Festival).
You’ll also take ownership of office operations, help with internal systems and templates, and support the CEO’s personal commitments—from managing family diaries and events to ad hoc personal logistics and gifting.

Key Responsibilities- Manage complex diaries across time zones for the CEO and senior team
- Draft communications and correspondence on behalf of the CEO

- Assist with client projects and events, liaising with third parties worldwide
- Provide basic IT support and maintain team systems and templates

- 4+ years’ experience in executive support, project coordination or office admin
- Strong written and verbal communication; confident with senior stakeholders
