A highly regarded Private Equity firm based in Soho is seeking an experienced and confident part-time Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role operates alongside other Executive Assistants but reports directly to the CEO. You will work closely with both senior stakeholders and the wider team, ensuring seamless, high-quality support in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
This position would suit an Executive Assistant who is resilient, emotionally intelligent and able to hit the ground running, with excellent communication skills essential to the success of the job-share arrangement.
The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring continuity, efficiency and discretion across CEO support and office operations. Clear and consistent communication is critical.
- High-level diary and administrative support to the CEO
- Managing fast-moving and frequently changing schedules
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, calls and appointments, often at short notice
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, handling communications with professionalism and discretion
- Preparing meeting materials, documents and correspondence
- Welcoming and hosting guests, ensuring a polished front-of-house experience
- Acting as the first point of contact for the landlord and facilities management
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Managing office supplies, stationery and weekly refreshments
- Liaising confidently with senior stakeholders, advisers and external contacts
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to other senior personnel as required
- Working closely with the existing Executive Assistant to ensure clear handovers and consistent support
