Main Responsibilities + Duties:
- Product Development - Lingerie, Swim, Nightwear
- Pattern cutting
- Knowledge of Grading (from 30-38 A-H + UK6–UK20)
- Fitting + amending garments
- Producing detailed + accurate costings
- Producing reliable technical packs, including CADs
- Creating POs, co-ordinating sampling/production/orders + briefing factory
- Creating critical paths + factory timelines
- Liaising with our Atelier re cutting + sewing
- Liaising with suppliers - sourcing fabrics as per budget + timeline
- Assisting with photoshoots, sample sales + other events
- Managing interns/juniors - delegating tasks, managing their time + mentoring
- Production organisation - ordering + shipping materials, patterns, etc to manufacturer
- Co-ordinating factory communication + visiting factory in Wales each season
Skills + Experience Needed:
- Contour Fashion degree + industry experience
- Good knowledge of lingerie grading + pattern cutting
- Computer literacy - incl. Adobe Suite + Excel
