The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Academic Registry department to provide leadership and project management for the ongoing development and implementation of personalised timetables. As the institutional expert, the post holder will manage the rollout of new functionality, schedule and coordinate system upgrades, ensure training of all users, benchmark regularly, and foster excellent relationships with a diverse internal and external network of colleagues, suppliers, stakeholders and senior managers.

You will proactively engage with academic departments, develop an understanding of their needs, and work collaboratively to improve their processes and, in turn, the student experience through effective use of the system. You will have extensive knowledge and experience of student timetabling (CELCAT) and related systems, with strong IT and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You are expected to carry out your duties with a high level of autonomy, operating flexibly and independently across institutional boundaries, working closely with IT Services, Administrative and Support Services, Academic areas, and the Assistant Registrar: Space Management.
