As Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Sports Therapy, you will play a key role in delivering our research-led BSc and MSc Sports Therapy programmes. You will contribute to teaching across a range of sports therapy and related modules, drawing on your expertise to deliver an outstanding student experience and prepare students for successful careers or further study.
You will support undergraduate and postgraduate research activity, contribute to clinical supervision opportunities, and help enhance the Department's research, knowledge exchange and professional development activities. There may also be an opportunity to undertake the role of BSc Sports Therapy Programme Leader, providing academic leadership and working closely with colleagues and the Society of Sports Therapists to support programme development and quality enhancement.
You will be an enthusiastic and collaborative professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience. An established or emerging research profile in Sports Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Applied Sports Science, Musculoskeletal Health, or a related discipline, together with experience of teaching on undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes, is essential.
