The role will focus on understanding current operational processes, supporting the design of future-state processes, and helping to ensure that business requirements are clearly articulated, validated, and translated into effective system configuration and testing. You will support the identification and management of business change impacts, contribute to programme governance and assurance activities, and help ensure that solutions are implemented in a way that is sustainable, compliant, and aligned to the wider student lifecycle.
Through close engagement with academic and professional services colleagues, the role will help bridge the gap between operational teams and technical delivery, ensuring that user needs are understood and reflected throughout the programme lifecycle. The role will also contribute to building organisational capability by supporting knowledge transfer, high-quality documentation, and consistent application of business analysis standards across the programme, helping to lay foundations for future system enhancements and continuous improvement.
