We are looking for an approachable, proactive, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about supporting students and delivering excellent service. You will have experience in a customer-facing environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people.
You will be organised, adaptable, and confident managing competing priorities while using your initiative to solve problems and support students effectively. Experience in accommodation, housing, student services, welfare, or a similar community-based role would be desirable.
