About Us
At Founders Pledge, our mission is to empower entrepreneurs to do immense good with their charitable giving. Since launching in 2015, our community of over 2,000 members has pledged nearly $11B and donated $1.7B+ to the charitable sector in 45+ countries. We provide end-to-end giving infrastructure, pioneering research, and access to a global network of experts. In other words, we help tech leaders become strategic philanthropists. Our members include founders and leaders behind companies such as Airbnb, UiPath, Dropbox, Skype, Spotify, and Uber.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product, Technology and Communications team to build and improve the internal tools, workflows, and foundations that power how Founders Pledge operates day-to-day. As Founders Pledge has scaled, our internal systems and processes have grown quickly too. This role is focused on making them more user-friendly, scalable, and safe: building internal products that help teams across the organisation (e.g., Partnerships, Finance, Research, and Operations) do great work with less friction and less risk. The Product team is responsible for building and improving the systems that enable Founders Pledge to deliver on our mission, both member-facing and internal. You’ll be a key member of a small team, partnering closely with engineers and internal stakeholders to design, prioritise, and ship high-quality solutions. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys untangling complexity, designing clear user flows, and building internal products that can grow with the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Build and improve internal tools and workflows that support teams across Founders Pledge.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (often both “users” and “stakeholders”) to understand pain points, map processes, and define requirements.
- Translate messy real-world processes into clear user journeys and well-scoped product work.
- Work with engineering to prioritise what to build first, plan delivery, and iterate based on feedback.
- Contribute to foundational work that reduces fragmentation across systems and improves data handling and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal process owners to ensure solutions are adopted and genuinely improve how teams operate.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful, and conscientious product manager with a passion for social impact. You’ll be excited to build internal products that make teams more effective, to bring clarity to ambiguous problems, and to work collaboratively across the organisation. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:
- A strong interest in Founders Pledge’s mission and commitment to social impact generally.
- Experience shipping digital products in a cross-functional environment (product + engineering, ideally with design input).
- Strong systems thinking and comfort working in complexity — you can move from ambiguity to structure and execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills: diplomatic, clear, persuasive, and able to balance competing needs.
- A solid UX sensibility (you care about intuitive flows, usability and reducing friction).
- A “builder” mindset — you take pride in creating practical solutions that work in the real world.
Location, Travel, and Salary
Location: UK, USA (East Coast only), or Germany
Salary: Up to £65k / $100k / €75k, depending on location and experience
Travel: Occasional travel for team and global offsites (typically twice per year)
