I am recruiting for an experienced Site Manager within the New Build residential market to lead a development in Worcestershire.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day management of the site teams, driving productivity to reach programme targets
  • Advise on Sub-Contract selection and subsequent management
  • Ensure all works carried out to required quality standards
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required

Previous experience in the new build housing market is essential.
