I have an opportunity for an organised and proactive Technical Administrator within a new build residential developer who operate across the West Midlands. As Technical Administrator your role will be to provide administrative and coordination support to the Technical team, helping to ensure projects progress efficiently from pre-construction through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:
