Construction Site Manager – Social Housing / Regeneration Projects 📍 Nottingham 💰 Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance / Electric Car Option + Benefits My client is recruiting for a Construction Site Manager to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking contractor delivering social housing regeneration projects across East Midlands This business may be relatively new to the market, but they’ve already achieved an impressive £140m turnover and secured long-term contracts within the regeneration and decarbonisation sector. They’re now entering their next phase of growth, creating an exciting opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to develop their career with a company on the rise. The Role – Site Manager As a Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the safe, efficient and successful delivery of projects within the social housing and regeneration sector.
