Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing cost planning, procurement, and subcontractor accounts throughout project lifecycles.
2. Leading valuations, change management, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
3. Collaborating with commercial, design, and project teams to ensure contract compliance.
4. Advising on NEC / JCT contract administration and resolving commercial issues.
5. Ensuring risk management and value engineering to maximise efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent.
2. Experience with data centre, M&E, high-tech, or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
3. Strong knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts and commercial procedures.
4. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, high-spec environments.
5. Proactive mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
