The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a flagship project from pre-construction through to completion. Acting as the project lead, you will manage all aspects of delivery, working closely with site teams, commercial staff, consultants, and the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a £30m+ construction project from start to finish
- Overall responsibility for programme, quality, health & safety, and site performance
- Manage and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners

- Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to control costs and manage risk
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards
