I’m working with a dynamic and well-established Design & Build SME in Central Essex to find an exceptional Senior Pre-Construction Manager to join their growing team. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Taking full ownership of the cost and estimation process and systems.
- Collaborating closely with the design and operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conducting detailed surveys and assessing project buildability.
- Developing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Representing the company professionally to both supply chain partners and key clients.
- Working hand-in-hand with the Head of Operations to oversee all project management activities.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You’ll bring 10-15 years of experience in the design and build sector, ideally gained within an SME environment.
- Proven experience working on projects valued up to £4-5 million.
