We are seeking a Regional Quality Advisor to uphold high standards across multiple project sites within the West Midlands region. This is a proactive, hands-on role focused on driving best practice, reducing risk, and ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, and BS 99001.
The Role
You will act as the regional lead for quality assurance, working closely with pre-construction and project teams to identify risks early, improve processes, and support continuous improvement across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure works meet specifications and quality standards
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and identify trends to prevent recurring issues
- Support pre-construction teams with robust Quality Inspection
