I'm working with a progressive and ambitious construction business that is continuing to grow and invest in its people. This is a construction company with an impressive portfolio of private sector projects, a strong and loyal client base, and a business plan focused on doubling turnover over the coming years. With the majority of work being negotiated, they have built long-term client relationships and are now looking to diversify further across different sectors to strengthen and spread risk.

They are now looking to appoint an ambitious Pre-Construction Project Manager to join the team. The role will involve leading the pre-construction process across predominantly single-stage tender opportunities, ensuring robust tender programmes, competitive cost submissions, and alignment across methodology, buildability, risk and overall bid strategy. Reporting directly into the Head of Pre-Construction, you will work closely with the pre-construction, estimating, design and supply chain teams to deliver high-quality tender submissions that are technically strong, commercially viable, and aligned with the company's long-term goals.

Why join?

  • Progressive and forward-thinking business
  • Strong pipeline of negotiated work
  • Excellent client relationships
  • Early finishes every Friday
  • Plans to introduce 3-day weekends across the company
  • Genuine opportunity to grow with the business

This opportunity would suit someone ambitious who wants to be part of a company with clear growth plans and a modern approach to work culture.
