We're recruiting a Midweight Designer on behalf of a client who specialise in delivering exceptional office spaces around London.
£45k - £60k Depending on experience
Due to a healthy pipeline we’re now looking for a Midweight Designer or Project Designer with proven experience in commercial office fit-out.
The role:
- Developing design concepts for high end Cat B commercial fit-out projects
- Involved in projects from concept through to tender or pitch stage
- Supporting on multiple projects, handling day-to-day design queries and challenges
- Liaising with consultants and subcontractors including M&E and joinery trades
- Ensuring designs meet UK building regulations and technical requirements
- Producing drawing packs and visuals using Revit
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working on office fit-out projects - non negotiable
- Proficiency in Revit – non negotiable
- Ideally, you’ll have shadowed or led on client pitches
- Clean, solid work history and strong portfolio of work
