Edge Careers are working on behalf of a key client that is looking to add an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to their growing business. This Groundworks Contractor predominantly operates within the Residential sector, specialising in Roads, Sewers, Infrastructure, Bulk Earthworks, and Housing Plot Groundworks.
We are keen to speak with individuals experienced in working on heavy plant machinery up to 30 tonne. Experience working on Hitachi plant would be highly beneficial.
This is a home-based role covering a regional operational patch, with working hours of 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Repairing and maintaining plant machinery across multiple live sites
- Working on Dumpers, Rollers, Excavators, and Telehandlers
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out maintenance efficiently
- Strong knowledge and understanding of construction plant machinery
- Experience working with Hitachi excavators and associated contractors’ plant, including LGVs
- Clean Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance preferred, but not essential
