The Role: We\’re seeking an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with Tier 1–2 Main Contracting experience and a strong background in delivering new‐build projects. This position is based on a £35 m project in Manchester City Centre, where you will take responsibility for inter‐als management on a live scheme. The project is set for handover in late 2026, after which you will move straight onto the next development nearby.

Requirements / Key Skills

Internals experience

Will consider Senior Site Managers with façade & externals experience

Ideally experienced in delivering new build multi‐room schemes (Student Accommodation, BTR, or Hotels)
